Recent coMra webinars on 1st and 15th November discussed how coMra can be used to treat and manage trigeminal neuralgia. The session provided valuable insights into treating pain and regenerating nerve cells, facilitated by medical experts with extensive coMra experience.

WHAT IS TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA?

Trigeminal neuralgia is a serious chronic pain condition that affects the trigeminal nerve in the face. Symptoms include severe, shooting pain on one side of the face, which can feel like an electric shock. Even mild triggers, such as chewing, brushing your teeth or touching your face can bring about this sudden pain.

The common approach to treating trigeminal neuralgia involves blocking the pain, either with medication or surgery. This treats the symptoms, but doesn’t address the core issue, i.e., damage to the nerve cells. If the underlying cause isn’t treated, the pain will come back over time.

coMra THERAPY FOR TRIGEMINAL NEURALGIA

coMra therapy is a non-invasive treatment that helps to rebuild damaged nerve cells over time. coMra combines the power of laser, magnetic field, ultrasound and colour to support the body’s natural healing processes. This works to regenerate depleted, damaged or “misfiring” nerve cells.

Our webinar speakers included:

  • Dr Arzhan Surazakov PhD, Director of R&D, Radiant Life Technologies
  • Dr Anna Surazakova MD, CEO and Medical Director, coMra centre for restorative medicine, Technologia Zhizni, Altai, Russia
  • Leslie Carmen, Founder and Clinical Director, Carmen Care Advanced Laser Therapy, Florida, USA

These experts shared their insights on the following topics:

  • What to expect when treating recently diagnosed trigeminal neuralgia and chronic trigeminal neuralgia
  • The best practices to treat trigeminal neuralgia using coMra therapy
  • How to combine coMra protocols for trigeminal neuralgia together with treatments for other common conditions (such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraine etc)
