coMra can be used to treat a wide variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, relieving pain, reducing inflammation and regenerating the body’s cells. coMra therapy is a powerful yet safe modality and can be used multiple times daily to treat multiple conditions, with no negative side effects.
The frequency of use depends on the type of condition(s) you need to treat. Our User Guide, which provides detailed instructions for a wide variety of coMra protocols, was developed for patients in hospitals and for people wanting to treat themselves in their own homes. In these situations, the User Guide recommends daily treatments, with rest periods after a while.
However, in the case of medical practitioners and therapists who are treating people in office, it is not necessary to treat on a daily basis. Therefore, in most chronic cases, treatments once or twice per week have been proven to be successful. The application of coMra initiates a healing response in the body, and the body’s natural processes then follow. Allowing space between treatments supports this process.
Start as soon as possible after the injury or illness occurs
Use for several consecutive days
Use as frequently as 4 to 5 times per day for the first few days, then reduce as necessary
Chronic longstanding conditions:
Follow the specific treatments in the User Guide
Each treatment will be between 2 to 6 days per week for 2 to 3 weeks, followed by a 1 to 3-week break
The rest period gives your body time to heal under its own steam, before starting another course of treatment
Use until you notice significant improvement before starting the rest periods
Lengthy coMra treatments are not harmful
A note about rest periods:
coMra is a powerful modality. The uses described in our articles are those recommended by the coMra User Guide and apply mainly to home users and use in hospitals. Experience over many years has shown that in the case of most chronic conditions, treatments can also be spread out to once or twice per week, without taking the breaks outlined in the guide.
How much is ‘too much’?
You cannot ‘overdose’ on coMra treatment. Your body will absorb only as much as it needs for the healing process, not more. This means you can treat a variety of conditions in quick succession, with no negative effects (for example, you could get relief for a headache, a stiff lower back, and seasonal allergies all in one evening).
Certain medications (like steroids and NSAIDs) can slow down the positive effects of coMra therapy
However, there are no contraindications with respect to medications and the use of coMra
Do not use with pacemakers (see User Guide)
Your body is designed to heal itself, and coMra gives it the right support needed to do this optimally. coMra has no negative side-effects because it does not interfere with the body’s natural processes – rather, it supports and improves these processes, promoting better wellness overall.
